Shipping Option and Cost

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (company holiday included). We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed by 11AM EST will ship within 48 hours. All shipments are sent through USPS. We currently offer three shipping method to all U.S except mentioned below.

contiguous states: Standard Shipping, 3-5 business days. We DO NOT offer shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico , Island group in North America or international at this time.

Shipping Address

Please make sure to provide accurate city, state and zip code information. Abbreviations, misspellings and other typos will result in error, thus having to automatically cancel your order and decline your card transaction.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. Business Days and  Holidays All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.  Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

Missing Packages/Lost, Damaged or Stolen Items 

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to work out any shipment problems. We only have the capacity to track a package.

We do not accept cash or personal checks. Our pricing is based on the SRP (suggested retail price) of the Manufacturer. We do not sell items at wholesale price level.  When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. When the payment is processed, the order will be shipped, Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card. Please note: you will only be charged when your order has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax fees.

Order Status

  • Processing: Your payment is completed, and your order is waiting for being released to our warehouse.
  • Packing: Your order is released to our warehouse system and your order shipment will be prepared within 24 hours.
  • Complete: Once your order has left our warehouse in NY, the order status will appear as "Complete"

 Order Confirmation

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with us, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method.

Order Tracking

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the website. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.

Changes and Cancellations

Cancellation or revision of your order is impossible when your payment transaction is completed. Please email more information regarding change & cancellation of your order.


Returns are accepted within 15 days from the ship date. Please note returns for refund are permitted only if item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect; item(s) MUST be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Fraud Prevention does not allow refunds to be issued until damaged, defective, or incorrect items have been received at warehouse. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, please return it to us in its original condition through USPS service. Once the item is received at warehouse in its original condition, your refund will be issued. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product. *Color appearance of a monitor display changes under various illumination conditions

  • When you return your purchase to us by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s) once we received your return.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase will not be accepted.
  • Any opened or used product cannot be exchanged or refunded
  • We are unable to offer exchanges by mail.

Here's how to easily return your item(s):

  • Securely pack your merchandise and invoice in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

Damaged / Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item in your order please e-mail to with the damaged/defective items' picture and we will help you replace the item. Once damaged/defective item has been checked in at our warehouse, we will quickly send out your replacement item.


Please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt of return to our warehouse for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.


Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. You must be 13 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to be eligible for membership. Persons under the age of 18 (minors) must obtain their parents and/or legal guardians consent prior to participation. To enroll in the Program, you must provide your first name, last name, e-mail and mailing address, and phone number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel membership from customers suspected of fraudor other misuse of our website.
